Design Guidelines for Downtown

In December 2011, the Marietta Historic Board of Review approved design guidelines, drafted by the Jaeger Company (TJC), for the downtown Marietta historic district. Copies of the guidelines are available by calling 770-794-5671 or may be downloaded.
