MARIETTA – The City of Marietta will host a grand opening of the new Marietta Fire Training Tower with a fire hose uncoupling ceremony on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 850 Sawyer Road, Marietta, GA 30062. The event will open with tours of the new facility and light refreshments starting at 4:00 p.m. The official ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m.

The 5-story, multifaceted tower is designed to simulate fire scenarios, allowing firefighters to hone their skills for residential and commercial environments.
