1. Do you offer electrical-power rebates?

Yes, we offer residential rebates. Learn more on our Rebates and Incentives page.

2. Do you offer commercial, electrical-power rebates?

No, we do not offer any type of commercial rebates at this time.

3. Do you offer LED lighting rebates?

No, we do not offer commercial or residential lighting rebates of any kind (outdoor or indoor) at this time.

4. Do you offer water (toilet) rebates?

No. At this time, there are no commercial water conservation rebates offered, such as for toilets.   Rebates are offered to residential customers for the replacement of high flow toilets. 

5. What can I do to help lower my electrical bills?

We offer a commercial and a residential online tool to help our customers learn more about their building’s power usage. The commercial and residential software programs are customized to your individual billing account and have current and historical weather information built in as well.

With you adding in specific information on your building, the program then provides a customized report on how electrical energy is consumed by your building year round and specific suggestions on ways to lower your energy consumption.

6. Does Marietta Power and Water offer on-site, energy audits?

Our commercial and residential customers are offered free online tools to learn more about how electrical energy is used by their building(s). Generally the amount of information provided to our customers by these tools is more than enough to see what changes in their building or usage patterns would potentially make the biggest impact upon their electrical energy consumption. 7. Does Marietta Power and Water offer a special rate for Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers?

At this time, Marietta Power and Water does not offer a special rate for EV chargers.

8. What do I need to do to install solar panels at my home/office?
