The license plate on my neighbor’s car has expired. Why don’t you make them get rid of it.
A vehicle is considered operable and is not in violation of the city's Codes of Ordinance if the vehicle:
- Has all tires inflated
- Is road worthy
- Is parked on an approved surface
- Will travel 10 feet forward and 10 feet backward under its own power

The city of Marietta does not enforce expired tags.
