1. I never received the first notice. How can I get a copy of the school bus stop arm violation?

Contact the School Bus Violation Division at 770-794-5261 or 770-794-5408, or you may contact Customer Service toll-free at 866-790-4111 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. You must provide the tag number or violation number.

2. I was not the driver of the car. Why did I receive this violation?

The registered owner of the vehicle receives all correspondence regarding school bus violations.

If you no longer own this vehicle, please contact the Tax Commissioner’s office in your county to make any corrections to the ownership of the vehicle. An Affidavit of Non-Responsibility must also be submitted to the court using the link listed above prior to the due date listed on the violation.

3. My car was stolen. How should I handle this?

You must provide a police report indicating the vehicle was stolen prior to the issue date on the school bus violation. An Affidavit of Non-Responsibility must be submitted to the Court.
