MARIETTA – On Wednesday, April 8, 2020, Governor Brian Kemp updated his statewide Executive Order which included a shelter in place from 6pm on Friday, April 3, 2020 until 11:59pm on Thursday, April 30, 2020 to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. While travel is still allowed for certain activities, the Governor’s order requires adherence to the Georgia Department of Public Health’s guidelines for social distancing.
