MARIETTA – In response to a recent fire in the Cannon Gates Crossing Neighborhood, the Marietta Fire Department will conduct a Smoke Alarm Campaign this Friday, January 17th from 12:00 – 2:00 pm.
As part of this initiative, Marietta firefighters will go door to door to install free smoke alarms in the area of Heritage Drive and Sentinel Drive. Additionally, the Marietta Fire Department will be able to inspect and test the current smoke alarms you may have, install carbon monoxide alarms where applicable, and offer other home safety advice.
