MARIETTA - The Marietta Museum of History will be hosting its monthly Pop-In for Family Fun event on Saturday June 16th from 10:30am-3:30pm. Let’s get patriotic during this Pop-In! With Flag Day in June and Independence Day shortly after, we will have crafts and activities all about our flag and nation. This is a great way to escape the summer heat. Pop-In’s provide children and their families the opportunity to interact with the Museum through themed activities and crafts.
Admission to the Museum during the Pop-In will be $5 per person with a family cap of $20!
Event takes place at the Marietta Museum of History. 1 Depot Street, Marietta, GA 30060. The MMH is right off the Marietta Square and the entrance faces the railroad tracks.
The Museum uses ordinary objects to tell the extraordinary stories of Marietta and Cobb County and is the top-rated Museum and one of the Top Five things to do in Marietta on TripAdvisor. Galleries and exhibits cover topics such as military history, home life throughout the centuries, technology, and local businesses from the past. Current temporary exhibits include: Pinning From The Past: Scrapbooking Before the Internet and More than Planes: Aviation in Cobb County.
