MARIETTA – On Tuesday, April 10, 2018, the City of Marietta will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Mountain to River Trail Pedestrian Bridge located near Brown Park at 358 West Atlanta Street Marietta, GA 30060 at 11:00am.
More than 15 years in the making, the Mountain to River trail stretches from Kennesaw Mountain, continues through the Marietta Square, and ends at the City limits on Atlanta Street. It serves as the backbone for future growth of Marietta's planned trail system which will connect residents, pedestrians, and cyclists from across the City of Marietta. Even better, the Mountain to River Trail will connect separated trail systems from across Cobb County.
