MARIETTA - To kick off our fourth year of Remember When programming, we will be hosting a panel of World War II veterans who were interviewed by Marietta Daily Journal staffer, Kelly Huff, for his online oral history project Memories of War. A small reception honoring all veterans will be held after our program.
The Remember When Club discusses different topics each month with a panel of guests who share their memories. The Club encourages the audience to participate by sharing their memories as well.
This event is held the 4th Friday of every month through October in the first Floor Virginia Tumlin Room at 10:30am. If you have, a topic that you think would be good for the club or know of a person who could speak on our upcoming topic(s), please contact our Curator Amy Reed at 770-794-5719.
