Zoning Certification Letter
- Issued by Planning and Zoning Division manager
- Explicitly states address, district, land lot, parcel numbers and zoning district of subject property
- Sometimes required for obtaining other permits and applications
- Cost: $50 per parcel
- Certifications will be processed within five days
- Request a zoning certification letter - online submittal or email submittal
Rezoning
- Property owner can seek to change zoning of parcel by completing rezoning application
- Request is reviewed by Planning and Zoning Division, the Planning Commission and City Council
