Marietta Water's Environmental Compliance Section coordinates environmental programs and issues that relate to water and wastewater to comply with the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) , the Clean Water Act (CWA) and other state and federal mandates. The Environmental Compliance Section is committed to providing the highest-quality environmental services, which enhance the quality of life within the city of Marietta by protecting the health, safety and overall environment of our community.
