Tournament Request Process

  • Download Reservation Package on the right.
  • Submit Reservation Package with deposit & required info.
  • Once the Reservation Package is received, staff will confirm and schedule the reservation dates.
  • Camp, game, league, and tournament requests are due no later than thirty (30) days before the requested reservation date(s).
  • Payment is due seven (7) days in advance of the first date of the event, for camps, games, leagues & tournaments.

Practice Requests

  • Download Reservation Package on the right. 
  • Submit Reservation Package.
  • Once the Reservation Package is received, staff will confirm and schedule the reservation dates. 
  • Reservation requests are due no later than fourteen (14) days before the requested reservation date(s).
  • Payment for all practice rentals for the following month is due seven (7) days in advance of that month. 
  • Ongoing practice times are available Mon - Fri.
