Magazine features Marietta's efforts to transform Franklin Road

Cobb In Focus magazine profiles Marietta's efforts to revitalize the Franklin Road business district between Delk Road and South Marietta Parkway with green tech/sustainability initiatives, road improvements and encouraging business location and expansion in the area in their May/June 2010 issue.
Redeveloping and revitalizing Franklin Road; creating landscaped boulevards and gateways; encouraging redevelopment with a mixture of uses, while strengthening viable neighborhoods and commercial areas; and Marietta's transportation system, which places a high premium on the quality of life of our citizens are goals City Council established as part of Marietta's vision statement.
