Marietta Development Authority agrees to fund strategic plan and market analysis study
The Marietta Development Authority agreed to fund and authorized staff to issue a request for proposal for a strategic plan and market analysis of The GreenTech Corridor. The corridor consists of land located within the following boundaries: South Marietta Parkway, Highway 41, Delk Road and I-75. The Chair of the Marietta Development Authority served as one of the members of the selection committee.
After careful consideration of all proposals, Carter real estate was unanimously selected as the winning proposer. Completion of the study is expected by October, 2009.
