Budget Division
The Budget Division is comprised of a Budget Manager and a Budget Analyst. They are responsible for preparing, recommending, implementing and tracking the revenue and expenditure budgets for the 26 funds of the City. This process includes collecting and analyzing the Strategic Five-Year Plan of the City's Departments in order to coordinate their funding levels with their goals.
