Use the Partner Portal and Website to Conduct Business!
The December 2011 HAP will be the last time any paper checks will be mailed. Beginning January 1, 2012, hard copy checks will be released only upon receipt of the Direct Deposit Authorization.
Please avoid a delay in receiving payment by completing and returning the Authorization for Direct Deposit form.
An E-Mail address is necessary to receive the HAP Statement electronically. Please include a valid e-mail address on the Authorization form.

ANNUAL RENEWALS
Landlords must request a rent increase in writing and wait for approval before changing the family's rent. The Annual Renewal Packet is available here or on the Partner Portal for download. Please complete and return via e-mail or fax. The packet is also available at our office.
HAP CONTRACTS
All HAP contracts are sent to landlords via e-mail. Landlords must download, sign and return via e-mail. This will allow for a faster contract execution. No need to come to the office to sign.
Introduction
The City of Marietta Department of Development Services administers the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Housing Choice Voucher Program, commonly referred to as Section 8.
The Housing Choice Voucher program assists extremely-low and very-low income families to lease decent, safe and affordable housing within its jurisdiction, which covers all Cobb County cities and Unincorporated Cobb County, Georgia.
