MISSION STATEMENT

The principal mission of the Marietta Redevelopment Corporation is to strengthen the economic and residential base of the City by revitalizing neighborhoods, commercial areas and other distressed properties. The role of the MRC is to make strategic real estate investments in blighted areas, assemble properties for redevelopment where needed, and partner with the private sector to invest in our community.

Emerson Overlook residential and office condominium building is one of Marietta’s first mixed use redevelopment projects constructed in a Commercial Corridor Design Overlay District.

Location

Located on Roswell Street at the Coryell Street intersection approximately 0.5 miles from the Marietta Square and 1.1 miles from the Hilton Atlanta/Marietta Hotel & Conference Center and City Club golf course.

Project Details

The seven-story mixed use development will include about 30,000 square feet of ground floor retail or class A office space, 37 luxury condominiums ranging in size from 1100 to 4000 square feet and over 200 parking spaces.

Project Status

Under construction with completion scheduled for 2008.
