MRC MEETINGS

PARTNERS AND AFFILIATIONS

The Marietta Redevelopment Corporation Board of Directors holds Regular Business meetings bi-monthly on the fourth Wednesday of each scheduled month. Meetings are open to the public and generally consist of guest comments, financial reports, redevelopment project updates, Committee reports, Officer and staff reports and discussion of business items by the Board.

In addition to Regular Business meetings the MRC Executive Committee and Real Estate Committee meet as needed to discuss and consider business matters that may later be presented to the entire Board. Special Called meetings are conducted as needed and can be scheduled with 24 hours notice.

The Marietta Redevelopment Corporation seeks to build partnerships with a wide variety of public, for profit and nonprofit agencies that will assist in the advancement of the MRC’s mission and the overall revitalization of the City of Marietta. From coordination with local housing organizations to membership in international Economic Development organizations these relationships give the MRC opportunities for local partnerships and access to information on the latest tools in Economic Development research, publications, training and networking opportunities.
