The Marietta Redevelopment Corporation issues several reports throughout the year to communicate redevelopment activities to Elected Officials and the community. In addition the MRC utilizes independent reports and planning studies in the due diligence process for redevelopment projects.

FISCAL YEAR ANNUAL REPORT
The fiscal year annual report of the Marietta Redevelopment Corporation is intended to comply with the reporting requirements of the Corporation’s Bylaws, and Intergovernmental and Management Agreements between the City and; Cobb County and; the Marietta Board of Education, for the purpose of monitoring the collection and disbursement of future revenues and expenditures within the city’s Tax Allocation Districts.
The reports includes (1) a review of the MRC’s history, corporate structure, goals and objectives (2) progress reports on MRC and City initiatives (3) financial review of tax allocation (TAD) districts, (4) MRC financial statements pertaining to the Corporation’s expenditures and revenues.

MARIETTA "FUND" FOR NEIGHBORHOOD AND COMMUNITY REVITALIZATION
FISCAL YEAR ANNUAL REPORT
The Annual Program Report for the Marietta Fund for Neighborhood and Community Revitalization, “the Fund” is intended to comply with the Corporation’s reporting requirements under the Development and Management Agreement between the City and MRC. The Fund enables the MRC to act on the city’s behalf to strategically target, assemble, and hold, master plan and dispose of key redevelopment sites in targeted neighborhoods and commercial areas utilizing $2.1 million of City reserves and an interest only line of credit extended by the Bank of North Georgia in 2006.
The annual report includes (1) progress reports on Fund Activities (2) financial review of the Fund (3) MRC financial statements pertaining to the Corporation’s and Fund expenditures and revenues.

STAFF REPORTS & PRESENTATIONS
MRC Staff prepares regular and periodic reports to the Board of Directors and interested reports. Reports typically include information on the status of redevelopment projects and Tax Allocation District growth, Marietta, Cobb County and Atlanta metro Area real estate market trend data, and development finance programs.
INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY REPORTS
The MRC uses independent third party reports to assess current market conditions and identify community preferences for redevelopment areas. The MRC encourages prospective Developers and investors to refer to these plans and reports when considering redevelopment projects.
