PROJECT DETAILS
Located in the Roswell Street Renaissance Neighborhood Improvement District, Manget is a mixed-use residential subdivision including single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums. Manget is the center of the district and Marietta’s largest neighborhood redevelopment site. Homes are currently available for sale and construction to complete phase one is anticipated to begin in late 2011.
