The MDA issues tax-exempt and taxable industrial development bonds.

Applicants requesting bond financing need to contact the bond counsel of its financial institution.  The bond counsel will determine if it is a qualified borrower.  Once an applicant is deemed qualified to receive bond financing by its bond agent, the applicant may approach the MDA to request issuance of the tax-exempt bonds.
