Parks and Recreation
Marietta Parks and Recreation maintains all city parks with a variety of amenities, including the iconic Glover Park on the Marietta Square. The department offers various programs, athletics and special events throughout the year and also maintains two (2) indoor recreation facilities.

WHAT'S NEW AND UPCOMING!!!!!
Are you looking for a safe, fun and awesome environment to send your kids while school is out? Look no further. Registration is now open for all seven (7), that's right 7, weeks of summer camp. Camp will begin Monday, June 6 and conclude on July 22. Each week will have a different theme, field trip and swimming experience. The schedule for the 2016 Glover Park Concert Series has been announced. These wonderful concerts take place the last Friday of each month beginning in April and going through September. Concerts are free to attend, but a few tables are available for purchase if you want to have a seat near the stage for you and your friends. Reserve a table here!

The Custer Parks Sports and Fitness Center is now open for regular business hours: Monday - Friday: 6:00 am - 9:00 pm, Saturday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, and Sunday: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Come stop by for a visit and tour the facility and sign up for your "Marietta Fit Pass". We are located at 545 Kenneth E. The Elizabeth Porter Recreation Center is now closed to make way for a new park in its place. This park will feature a, playground, picnic pavilions, restrooms, concessions and greenspace. For more information check out the Elizabeth Porter Park page.
