Get an Accident Report
Individuals requesting copies of reports maintained by the Marietta Police Department shall be provided a copy of incident or accident reports in accordance with the Official Code of Georgia Annotated (O.C.G.A.) 50-18-70 through 50-18-76.

Obtain an accident report via buycrash.com. You will need your case number.
Request reports in person
Police Services representatives are available to the public during records division hours to allow for copies of reports to be made available. Requests for police reports will be processed immediately whenever possible. A three-day waiting period as allowed by O.C.G.A. 50-18-70 may be utilized when needed.

Services and Fees
Accident and incident reports are available at the Police department and online.
Criminal history reports: $20 per name
No charge will be made for the first 15 minutes required to complete any request. Requests taking longer than 15 minutes will be charged an hourly fee based on the salary of the lowest paid employee who has the necessary skill and training to complete the request.
