Get Criminal History/Driver's History
You must appear in person at the police department and have valid government-issued identification to get a copy of your Georgia criminal history.
Employers must appear in person at the police department with valid government-issued identification and must present a release form (signed and notarized) for each requested criminal history
There is a $20 fee for each history.
**A driver's history must be obtained from the Georgia Department of Driver Services
