Participating landlords will no longer be able to Opt Out of using the Partner Portal. An annual fee of $25 per landlord will be automatically assessed on July 1 of each year if at least one family is housed by the landlord. If a landlord is not assessed on July 1, the assessment will be deducted from the next Housing Assistance Payment to the landlord.
Mass mail-outs through the U.S. mail will discontinue. Inspection results, payment records, forms and news will be delivered through the Partner Portal.
To register in the Partner Portal, you must have the Tax ID and e-mail address for the Vendor who is registered to receive the Housing Assistance Payment. If you are unsure of the e-mail address linked to the vendor, you may request verification through an e-mail to email@example.com. Authorized users should have the Tax ID-we will not provide that information.
Management companies may register as a Managing Agent with several managed properties under one Vendor name. Only one fee will be assessed.
Staff assistance is available only during attendant service hours. The following services require staff assistance and must be submitted from Monday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Landlords must request a rent increase in writing and wait for approval before changing the family's rent. Please complete and return via email or fax. Download and print the annual renewal packet from listed above. The packet is also available at our office.
All HAP contracts are sent to landlords via e-mail. Landlords must download, sign and return via e-mail. This will allow a faster contract execution. No need to come to the office to sign.
Landlords will access their information over a secure internet login connection. Through the portal, landlords may view housing assistance payment (HAP) activity by tenant; view inspection schedules and the status of completed inspections; retrieve and complete forms for ownership certification and annual renewals.
