Bids will be received by the Purchasing Department, 1st floor, City Hall, 205 Lawrence Street, Marietta, Georgia 30060 until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 24, 2013 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Late bids will not be accepted.
Bid documents may be reviewed and obtained at the Purchasing Department at 205 Lawrence Street, Marietta, Georgia 30060 or by email to Rick Churbock at email@example.com with a refer to RFB-13-034403, Control Center Data and Display Collaboration Environment.
Contract if and when awarded will be on the basis of information contained in the Bid Documents and other information as requested. Bids must be valid for a period of sixty (60) days after bid opening.
City of Marietta reserves the right to award the work on whatever basis is in the best interest of the City and to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities in the bids.
