The city of Marietta serves as the fiscal agent for the Franklin Road Weed and Seed Project. In addition the mayor, city manager, City Council and all city departments are consistent in lending their support to the Weed and Seed program.

The Latin American Association provides case management, referrals, financial assistance, eviction prevention, family counseling, English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, computer classes, health screenings and a Girl Scouts program.

Travelers Aid Stepping Ahead Program provides more case management, referrals, financial assistance, eviction prevention and food pantry services to area residents. Travelers Aid has also partnered with the Cobb Literacy Council to provide general education (GED) classes in Spanish.

The Center for Family Resources (CFR) provides community leadership development training programs to residents in the Franklin Road area.
