Manget at Historic Marietta
Located in the Roswell Street Renaissance neighborhood improvement district, Manget is a mixed-use subdivision including single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums. Brock Built Homes and Neighborhoods.began construction in summer 2013 to build-out the first phase with craftsman inspired single family homes. Brock Built plans to develop and build-out phases 2, 3 and 4 with single-family homes.

After purchasing quadreplex apartment buildings from multiple owners, the city of Marietta sold eight acres for planned residential development to a Metro-area developer through a request for proposals. The developer later acquired and cleared additional acreage to expand Manget.

Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park is just more than six miles west of the neighborhood.
