Active Projects within TADs
Active redevelopment projects with tax allocation districts include commercial, residential and mixed-use development. These projects are in various phases of redevelopment. Project sites are owned by private developers or investments funds who are currently performing due diligence, obtaining site plan approvals or marketing property to commercial developers, residential builders and end users.
Active projects include the Atlanta Northern Traction Co. Building, Manget at Historic Marietta, Meeting Park and Montgomery Park. All active projects have been supported by public-private partnerships ranging from public sector site assemblage and disposition to allocation of tax allocation district funds for acquisition, demolition and infrastructure development.
