Georgia's intellectual capital partnership program (ICAPP) is the centerpiece of the University System of Georgia's economic development initiatives. Leveraging the expertise of the state's 34 public colleges and universities, ICAPP achieves its mission through three programs:
Incentives: helps businesses reduce their operating costs by reducing the cost of hiring and training employees. ICAPP Advantage and GeorgiaHire.com are two examples of ICAPP incentives.
Innovations: helps colleges and universities develop courses and degree programs to meet the needs of Georgia's employers.
Access: provides user-friendly, "one-stop shop" access that makes the resources of the University System available to Georgia businesses.
